Privacy policy

What the app stores

MicroFlex stores, on your device only:

• your settings: working hours, breaks per day, context, body areas to spare, available equipment, language, theme;
• your history: completed sessions, their dates, and the movements you validated.

This information never leaves the device. It is never transmitted, never backed up on our side, and never readable by us.

What the app does not do

• No account, no sign-up, no identifier.
• No analytics, no measurement tool, no advertising tracker.
• No advertising.
• No sale or sharing of data, with anyone.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location or microphone.
• No health data read or written. MicroFlex does not connect to the Health app.

Notifications

If you allow them, MicroFlex schedules reminders at the times you chose. These notifications are created and fired locally by your phone. No remote push service is involved, so nothing leaves the device to produce them.

Offline by design

The app works entirely without a connection. It calls no remote interface, downloads no content while in use, and depends on no third-party service.

Children

MicroFlex is not directed at children, and in any case collects no data about any user, whatever their age.

Your rights

European data protection law grants rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Here they are exercised directly in the app, without going through us:

• Access and portability: the CSV export, in settings, gives you everything that is stored.
• Erasure: the reset option, in settings, wipes everything. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with its date. Should a future version of the app ever collect anything, it would be announced here and asked for inside the app.
